We are the loving owners of Savannahs and other animals. We breed F2 and F3 kittens and also happen to be of 14 ordinary people shaped by God through joys and hardships that have prepared us for an extraordinary work.
Proverbs 12:10 says, “A righteous man cares for the
welfare of his animals…” and we aim to do this with excellence. Our breeding program began in 1998, shortly after our marriage, with an emphasis in our beloved Dobermann Pincher’s. As our family grew and was transformed by the adoption of several children, some of which we later discovered suffered from severe developmental challenges, we began to see the value and impact our animals could have in their lives.

We are a family ran TICA registered cattery that shares a passion for the Savannah cat. They are a breed that is unique to all others. They have only been recognized by TICA since 2012 and it is our goal to only improve the breed and help contribute to setting a standard in the SBT generations in Canada. We strive to produce show quality kittens in this we have gone all over North America to bring home our Kings and Queens from only experienced and reputable breeders. The health and happiness of all our Savannah's is of the most importance to us.
Through trial and error and a bit of luck we’ve achieved success in our breeding program to maintain top quality genetics. We are very focused on having the best possible genetics and retaining the most sought Serval traits in the Savannah Cat breed.
Our cattery uses an F5 sire (where as most would settle for an F6) to have the highest percentage of Serval DNA possible. Male Savannahs are typically sterile until F6 due to their high Serval percentage but Winston is a proven fertile F5 Savannah.
At Allegany Savannah Cats socialization and behavioral training are very important to us. Kittens are handled early and are accustomed to different people, dogs (which they often seem to be big fans of), and other cats. All kittens will be litter trained, test negative for PK Deficiency and PRA genetic deficiencies and are FeLV/FIV screened.
